The flight was great, but when they picked up my luggage in Nice, which I had already paid for in advance along with the ticket, which weighed 18.9 kg, they charged me another 65 euros, supposedly for excess weight. Please tell me, is the weight of 18.9 kg an excess of the norm for my ticket? The airline announces to passengers who have tickets for 08.10 that there will be no flight and offers to exchange them for 13.10, while increasing the flight duration from 4 hours to 25 hours. Out of despair, we are forced to agree. Considering the situation, we still went to Tel Aviv airport. Imagine our indignation when we learned that the airline was continuing flights, but tickets already cost over 500 . I hate it!!!!!!

I can say - EasyJet is one worst company for organize trip. First time I booked for 2 person flight London Edinburg London, Then 3 times I re-booked, because don't get visa. Finally I cancel flight and lost all money. After 2 weeks I got visa and started flight from Edinburg to London in 10th August. Flight must be start at 15.50. Registration was on-time, but our flight delayed and started at 16.40 (weather was excellent, no strike, so, what reason for late start) , then arrival to London was 18.30. After I got my luggage only 19.10. So, I lost more then two hours with easyJet and nobody say - Sorry for this kind of problem. Finally - service this company is too worst and quality of this company also down. 👎
