In March 2024 I flew to Chisinau from Dublin with a wheeled bag (hand luggage) up to 10 kg and with a woman purse in which my documents were stored, but after 2 weeks I could NOT return from to Dublin with the same bag. The registration desk did not let me to go with the same hand luggage, so I had to simply leave the bag with all its contents at the airport.
A separate complaint about the employees of the company at the registration desk, who, with incredible malice and gloating, chased me away from the registration desk and discussed my situation, not embarrassed by the fact that I saw them. I am sure that these people have never heard of ethical behavior and are completely unfamiliar with the standards of behavior of employees in the public service.
Please also register a few complaints about the aircraft staff:
- during the 4-hour flight, they never collected trash around the cabin;
- passengers sitting near the aisle simply stretched out their legs onto the aisle, so when going to the toilet othe passengers had to jump over them (the aircraft staff did not make any comments about this, and a cluttered aisle is a security violation);
- while I was waiting near the restroom, I was forced to listen to the staff talk on personal topics, in which obscene language was used.
Upon arrival in Dublin, the passengers were kept on the plane for another 20 minutes, explaining that there were problems with the centering of the plane, namely in the tail. After hearing the information, I was only glad that we did not get into the turbulence zone at altitude, since in my understanding it was possible to stay somewhere in the ocean.
Today, FlyOne offers services for high fees and unreasonable service.
